For our relocation from New Jersey to Port St Lucie Fla, we closed 2 months before we actually moved, Gayle took care of everything from Closing, Inspection, and got a handyman to fix the problems, and she was in the house with him. She had a cleaning crew come in and freshen up before we arrived. She also supplied us with all names of contacts for electric ,gas, alarm, garbage, etc, which we took care of in NJ. we were always informed of everything. When we arrived in Fla, Gayle met us at the gate took us to our new home, handed us the keys. Gayle made our experience the BEST. She is the Best realtor to deal with and made our move very easy. Gayle went beyond her expertise of helping my wife and I on this purchase. I know, you are going to say she just wanted to make the sale, but she took us in and advise us on every step what the procedure was to buy in Florida. We had problems with signing off on a few issues, she just took us into her home and fixed the problem... When I had questions (which was a few) she call me back or email me the same day. My wife and I bought the house without seeing it, she went and video it for us and sent it to us. She made us feel very comfortable and we signed off by email. I would highly recommend Gayle. Gayle put extra effort into selling my parents' villa. She really went above and beyond. It was such a comfort knowing that she would and did take care of every detail.
